Ben McCarthy is founder of SalesforceBen.com, one of the leading Salesforce blogs in the world. In addition, he is the Managing Director of EMPAUA, a consultancy based in London. Ben is a Salesforce evangelist, and over the past 8 years in his career has helped 100's of companies become more efficient with Salesforce.

Olivia has worked in the data quality space since 2005 and was an early adopter of CRM data quality tools and processes. In 2006, she created the Cleveland, OH Salesforce Admin User Group and has presented at various user groups across the country teaching data quality best practices and techniques. She has also shared her passion and knowledge of how to successfully work with data by presenting learning sessions at Salesforce’s Dreamforce and World Tour events. Olivia has been a certified Salesforce Administrator since 2013 and most recently authored the eBook: The Fundamentals of CRM Data Management.
